freeway and two blocks west of the El Cerrito Plaza BART station at:

From El Cerrito BART:
Walk west (away from the hills) on Fairmount Avenue to Kearney Street. Turn
right on Kearney. The office is located on your left in the Center for
Culture and Diversity.
Driving:
Take I-80 to the Central Avenue exit in El Cerrito. Go east a few blocks
(toward the hills). Cross San Pablo Avenue, and turn right on Kearney
Street. The office is in a beige house on the right side. There is parking
in the rear as well as on the street.
